Website & Online Ordering Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of jacksburgeruk.com and the online ordering service. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Orders are subject to branch availability, opening hours, service area, item availability and acceptance by the selected branch. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted by the relevant branch. We may contact you if there is an issue with your order or if an item is unavailable, items may be replaced with similar items to fulfill an order if required specially in Drinks or Dips.

Prices, delivery charges and applicable offers are displayed at the time of ordering. Prices and menus may vary between branches. Promotional offers may have additional terms, availability limits, participating-branch restrictions or expiry dates.

Delivery is available only within the relevant branch’s service area. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by demand, traffic, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive the order.

Collection orders should be collected from the selected branch within the stated or agreed collection period. Please contact the branch promptly if you cannot collect an order.

Menus and ingredients can change. Customers with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should contact the relevant branch before ordering and should not rely solely on information displayed online. Although we take reasonable precautions, our kitchens handle multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Once an order has been accepted and preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. If an order is incorrect, missing, damaged, unsuitable or there is another service issue, contact the relevant branch as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Promotions, discounts and Spice Club rewards may have specific eligibility, expiry, branch and redemption conditions. We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to rights already accrued and applicable law. Loyalty accounts must be used honestly and may not be transferred or commercially exploited unless expressly permitted.

We aim to keep the website and ordering service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or change services for maintenance, security, operational or other legitimate reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
